Of course not. When cellulite appear on a part of the body, they actually indicate the presence of extra fat in that particular area. Though it is not a serious medical condition, but cellulite can make anyone conscious about their appearance.

Keeping aside the genetic and hormonal causes, cellulite most commonly happen due to some inappropriate lifestyle factors, such as wearing jeans that are tight at the thighs and hips. Tight clothing interrupts the normal blood flow to the particular part.

Moreover, sitting or standing in a position for long, such that a particular part of your body bears most of the weight, would make that side affected with cellulite.
